About
Our Story
A Family Company
Kim King Associates was formed in 1972 by Kim King — a former legendary Georgia Tech quarterback who built one of Atlanta's most respected real estate firms. His decades long commitment to the city's growth helped define what Atlanta is today, from Technology Square in Midtown to Buckhead and the Beltline corridor.
King was recognized as one of Georgia Trend's “100 Most Influential Georgians” (2001) and named “Most Respected CEO” (2004). His vision helped establish KKA as a firm defined by integrity, steadfast values, and enduring client relationships.
Today, his three children — Beau, Angela, and Abby — lead the organization. KKA develops and owns high quality assets and has consistently created long term value through multiple economic cycles.
